3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Third-Party AI Providers

Your submitted content is processed by AI providers to generate emotional analysis:

• Google (Gemini): Primary AI model
• Anthropic (Claude): Fallback model
• OpenAI (GPT-4): Fallback model
• xAI (Grok): Fallback model

These providers process your content according to their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle data.

3.2 Service Providers

• Supabase: Database hosting for user data and analytics
• Vercel: Website hosting

3.3 We Do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data for advertising purposes
• Use your content to train AI models (without explicit permission)

4. Data Retention

With an Account: We store your analysis history indefinitely until you delete your account or individual analyses.

Without an Account: Anonymous analyses are not stored long-term. Analytics data (without personal identifiers) may be retained for service improvement.

Deleted Data: When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all your data
• Export: Download your data as JSON
• Delete: Permanently remove your account and all data
• Correct: Update inaccurate information
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails
• Portability: Transfer your data to another service

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS encryption for data transmission
• Secure database hosting with Supabase
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of data storage:

• Session Storage: Temporary session ID for analytics (cleared when you close the browser)
• Local Storage: Preferences and temporary data (stays until manually cleared)

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics are first-party only.
