Acceptance

Using vibe-score.ai means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Beta status

VibeScore is in beta. The engine is calibrating, the math may be refined, and outputs may change. We may rate-limit, cap usage, or take the service offline without notice during beta.

What VibeScore measures, and what it does not

We measure language as written. We do not judge people, predict outcomes, or replace medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice. The score is a measurement, not a verdict.

Your content

You keep ownership of any text, URLs, or images you submit. You grant Ad+Verb Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to score the content and retain a truncated preview — the first 80 characters of text, the page title for URLs, and the mime type only for images — for calibration purposes. We do not republish your content.

Acceptable use

No scraping the site. No exceeding rate limits by rotating IPs or VPNs. No submitting illegal content. No using the API to harass identifiable individuals. No reverse-engineering the engine for purposes that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

VibeScore™, Ad+Verb Labs™, the scoring engine, the decision-receipt.v1 schema, the validation corpus, and all related software are property of Ad+Verb Labs. The trademark is asserted as common-law (™), not yet registered.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “AS IS.” We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Outputs are measurements, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

Total liability is capped at fifty US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

California, USA. Disputes resolved in San Francisco County courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
