VibeScore provides AI-powered emotional analysis of text and images. The Service uses multiple AI models to analyze emotional tone and generate insights. Results are subjective interpretations, not objective truths.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not submit content that infringes on others' rights
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Not abuse or spam the Service

4. Content and Data

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Storage: We store your analyses only if you create an account. You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings.

AI Processing: Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI) under their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or reliability of emotional analysis results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by VibeScore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Service notification.
