3. Demo Usage

Visitors may use the public demo with a limited number of complimentary analyses per session. These limits exist to manage computational costs and are subject to change. Abuse of the demo (automated submissions, circumventing limits) is prohibited.

• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-submit content

5. Intellectual Property

The Vibe-Score platform, including its design, scoring methodology, emotional analysis framework, and all associated branding, is the intellectual property of Ad+Verb Labs. You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis.

Analysis results generated by the Service are provided for your informational use. You may use these results in your own work, but you may not represent the Vibe-Score methodology or scoring system as your own.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis results. AI-generated analysis should be used as one input among many in your decision-making process.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad+Verb Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on analysis results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
