How we operate and what you agree to

By accessing and using VibeScore, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use VibeScore for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid plan
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on VibeScore
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Usage Limits
Free tier users are limited to 50 text analyses per day. Exceeding this limit will require upgrading to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify usage limits at any time.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on VibeScore are provided on an "as is" basis. VibeScore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Your analysis history is stored locally in your browser. We do not store your text content on our servers beyond the time needed to process your analysis request. Feedback data is anonymized and used only for improving our algorithms.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
